When you practise, you just need to keep your mind calm. Most people will practise Tai Ji to become peaceful, but I am already peaceful the moment when I start with practice.

PRICING

Pushing Hands: £20

Forms:

1-4 sessions: £55 per session

5-6 sessions: £50 per session (save £25 or £30)

7-8 sessions:£45 per session (save £70 or £80)

1 session is 3hrs: 10am-1pm and 2-5pm

You are welcome to mix and match the sessions as it suits your schedule.
